Special Notes
- Single Personnel HRA:
If single or family stays elsewhere, HRA can be claimed based on family residence city class (SPR) even when serving elsewhere.
- Hard/Field Station Double HRA:
Personnel in Field/Hard Area may claim double HRA (Field Area: 100%, Modified Field Area: 30% increase) when family is staying in peace location.
- No Accommodation Provided Cases:
If no Govt accommodation provided, HRA is applicable based on part II orders.
